• Sourcing REO’s through direct relationships with Banks, HUD, FDIC, Fannie Mae and Hedge Funds
• Same day review of tapes using our proprietary technology that will show the current value and other pertinent Title information in order to make an educated decision
• Upload list to a sophisticated system in order to view each property, complete with photos, title information and comparables. A login and password will be issued to the interested investors
• Manage all due diligence and carry the process through closing
• A complete platform for servicing Non-Performing Notes as well as REO’s
